These terms apply when you use soldseparately.store or buy from Sold Separately. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders
All products are printed to order. An order is confirmed once payment goes through. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product becomes unavailable, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars unless your checkout shows another currency. Shipping, and any duties or taxes, are shown at checkout. Discount codes can't be combined unless stated, and limited codes end once they're used up.
Products
We try to show colours and prints accurately, but screens vary and printed-to-order items can differ slightly from the photos. Sizes are listed on each product page. Characters and figures shown are for fun. The figure is not included. (It's sold separately. It's not sold at all.)

Intellectual property
The Sold Separately name, characters, artwork, videos and designs belong to Sold Separately. Please don't copy or resell them without permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses from using the site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies.
