Every piece is printed to order, just for you. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so it takes a little longer than off-the-rack.
How long it takes
- Production: about 3–7 business days to print and pack.
- Delivery: about 7–10 business days after it ships.
- All up: most orders arrive in about 10–17 business days.
You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can stretch during busy periods or customs delays.

Australia and most countries worldwide. If we can deliver to you, your country will show at checkout.
Shipping cost
Free on Australian orders over $150. Otherwise it's calculated at checkout based on where you are and what you order.
Customs and duties
Orders outside Australia may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These are set by your local customs office and are paid by the customer.
Problems with delivery
If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, or your parcel says delivered but isn't there, email support@soldseparately.store with your order number and we'll sort it out. Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't redirect a parcel once it has shipped.
